🐾 Help Build the Future of Tails Together Training For the past several years, Tails Together Training has been dedicated to helping fearful, anxious, reactive, and behavioral dogs build confidence while giving their owners the knowledge and support to create lasting change. Watching dogs transform from overwhelmed and misunderstood to confident family members is why this business exists, and that mission will always remain at the heart of everything I do. Over the past few months, one of the biggest challenges my business has faced has been not having a pet-friendly home that allowed me to consistently offer boarding, daycare, dog sitting, and Board & Train services. Those programs have always been an important part of creating stable, year-round income, and not having them available made it difficult to continue growing the business the way I had planned. The exciting news is that beginning in August, I’ll be moving into a pet-friendly home that once again allows me to offer those services long-term. At the same time, Tails Together is expanding by adding additional agility classes, weekly pack walks, weekly reactivity walks, and monthly educational seminars. These new and returning services will create a much stronger, more sustainable foundation so I can continue serving dogs and their families for years to come. Without additional support, however, my training office may have to close this August, and the agility equipment that so many dogs have learned and grown on may have to be sold. After sharing that possibility with my clients, I was overwhelmed by the number of people who reached out asking how they could help keep Tails Together moving forward. This fundraiser exists because of that incredible encouragement and because so many of you believe in this mission. What Your Support Will Help Build Your donation will directly help strengthen the future of Tails Together Training by supporting: 🐾 Keeping our training space open so we can continue helping dogs and their families. 🐾 Expanding daycare, boarding, Board & Train, and dog sitting services. 🐾 Additional agility classes, weekly pack walks, weekly reactivity walks, and monthly educational seminars. 🐾 Waterproof commercial flooring to create a safe, sanitary training and daycare environment. 🐾 Safe outdoor training and enrichment areas for daycare, boarding, and agility. 🐾Fencing for our agility area and daycare area 🐾Off Hour Usage of Equipment for clients 🐾 Specialized behavioral equipment, including heavy-duty escape-resistant crates for severe behavioral cases, which often start around $1,000 each. 🐾 Future improvements that allow us to safely serve more dogs while creating a long-term home for Tails Together. Our Mission My vision has always been much bigger than simply owning a dog training business. My goal is to build a place that our community can rely on for years to come a place where fearful, reactive, and behavioral dogs are given every opportunity to succeed, where owners feel supported instead of judged, and where families know they always have somewhere to turn for help. As Tails Together continues to grow, I hope to once again work with some of the most challenging behavioral cases, including dogs referred by shelters that may have very limited options. These dogs require specialized equipment, safe facilities, and experienced handling, and I want to continue being a resource for them whenever possible. I’m also working on editing my first dog training book so I can share my training philosophy and help even more dogs and owners beyond our local community. Most importantly, I hope to call Pagosa Springs home for many years to come. My goal is to continue growing alongside this incredible community by expanding services, educating owners, supporting local shelters and rescues whenever possible, and creating a facility Office & facility Home that people can rely on for years to come. This fundraiser isn’t simply about keeping a business open it’s about building something that will continue serving Pagosa Springs and the surrounding communities long into the future.
